Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Long lines (4 stars) but 5's for customer service, the employees work great together along with the manager and they get your car in and out. They fill all fluids and put in the best oil for your vehicle. They checked my car and tires, and I offered to cancel the groupon I had, because they sent me a $20 coupon and the manager told me to keep the groupon, because I save more $ with that, and no one has ever said that with a groupon. They didnt try to sale me anything we talked about my tires in detail and didn't try to tell me my tires or shocks were bad. Overall I had a grest experience and will come back for regular oil changes. Lady tech. Knew i had a groupon for $76, she tried to basically charge me $113 with the groupon, meaning the oil change would be way overpriced. I said something and a guy fixed itm when I got there the manager told me to keep the groupon because the coupon i had would not be cheaper. After looking at the original price on their page, it says 101 09 for the original full synthetic oil change, plus I got a wiper blade, so ended up only paying for the wiper blade, and tax, after the guy tech came over and fixed the problem. The guys were super helpful and

I was genuinely impressed by how friendly, helpful, and efficient all the workers here were. I went for a car inspection on a hot day when they were busy, yet every worker was kind, and they all seemed to help each other complete tasks (which meant I interacted with five of them, hah, but there was zero confusion or repeating myself). It was refreshing to see that kind of casual friendly teamwork. Even though it was super busy, I was out of there in 30 minutes. This is a small detail, but I liked that they told me what to do for each step so I wasn't left guessing--they showed me to the waiting room, told me when to hop back in the car instead of standing waiting near it to pay, and to wait while they went to get my receipt. Since it's only once a year and each place is different, I usually feel uncertain knowing exactly what to do next. I think workers at other places are so used to what comes next that they silently do it without communicating it with customers. I really appreciated that this Valvoline took away any anxiety in the small steps by communicating well. I usually pick whatever inspection place is most convenient that day, but I'll specifically come back here next yea

Valvoline is my go to for oil changes because the team is always friendly, polite, and efficient. Q (Quadarius) and his teammates Shamel, Cassell, and Nico were fantastic. They ensured I had the opportunity to ask questions, provided me with insight and suggestions for my vehicle without it feeling pushy or salesy, and genuinely cared about my experience. Not to mention, they simply had wonderful energy. I am always grateful for mechanics that seem to have my best interest in mind, are respectful of the knowledge I do or do not have, and provide me with exceptional service. The Valvoline team on E Six Forks in Raleigh ALWAYS does that. And I say that having been a customer at this location for 5+ years. Thanks all!

I had a great experience at Valvoline! Cassell and Keondre provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The oil change was quick, efficient, and they made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. They worked well together as a team and made the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s refreshing to receive service from people who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend asking for Cassell and Keondre if you visit Valvoline. Thank you both for an excellent experience!
